Installation of Arfoo Directory

The directory states that you can install this in 5 minutes
I have been trying to figure out what this means for over 3 hours
Open http://www.votresite.com/votredossier/install/ in your browser.
Does this mean www.mydomain.com (this does not work)
or does it mean www.votresite (this is unavailable or not found)
Please tell me what does this mean?
Where do we put the database information for the .SQL file
Does this mean that you need a C-Panel in order to upload these files

yes "votre site.com/votre répertoire" means "your domain" / "your directory"

I think it ask then the name of database and name of user and passsword to create the tables on your database
