Hi,
There is sometimes spammers in this forum, who find intelligent to write irrelevant posts and present links to their website without any relationship to an arfooo directory.
They often write a comment on old posts, so the post is put again on the main line, very disturbing for example for real users to see a post for v 1.0.6 when the 2.0.2 is up to date




It would be very much easier for me if you could help me and warn (by clicking on the "warn sign" flag over their post) if you think that a post is a spam

A great plug-in you should install which i have on about 4 of my phpbb forums is "Anti-Spam ACP"

It works really well

I don’t unusually mind people using links in signatures as long as they post relevant information as I have no-follow on links enabled on my forum posts.

Also another area spammers try to use on phpbb forums is the signature link in your members list. so also exclude the following in your robots.txt file

Another great plugin is "Disallow links before x posts"

This will help stop spammers and will only allow people making regular post access to post links
