Why cant I view arfooo in 800x600?????

Why ?
This resolution is less and less used.
I developed the template for a resolution of 1024x768 minimum.

But you can change it very easily.
We must go in templates/arfooo /css/style.css

Here there is all the dimension and they need to change about 20 class.

It takes 30 minutes.
