The English of Arfooo website seems to be dead. Is there any fixation to this situation?

What do you mean by dead? It works perfectly right now and it's only a demo.
Maybe if there is volunteers to manage it in the future, Arf will make it live

On this page at the horizontal navigation bar, you should find a link titled as . This is what I regarded it dead! because there is no any accepted listed websites on the directory linked to it.
