Is there any real documentation for arfoo

I have poked in the directories to try and find documentation on exactly what each item does. I have yet to find anything useful. In particular I am interested in know exactly how the privilege submit system works.

A webmaster comes and wants to add a link he gets 2 choices free or privilege. Exactly what benefits is the user paying for? Does the privilege link get put at the top? Is it possible to setup, free submissions require a back link while privilege links do not?

Knowing exactly what the differences are will help me judge what to charge for the privilege links. BTW what is a fair price to charge?

Any information on the privilege link system would be helpful.
