Site Description and rich text.

Hello,
I noticed that Site Description box has no rich text editor, even for the administrator. I think it will be better to allow limited rich text insertion for Site description field and It may associated with account's payments which should allow web masters to add defined number of deep links to their websites in the description and a mean of validation and counting for these deep links should be found.
