Submit Site Category Some times not showing

I've been looking for a web directory and so far i think arfooo is the best i found. I have a website linktoconnect.com with arfooo 2.0.2. Everything was working fine until somebody sent me a message saying she cannot submit her website, i did occasionally check the submit site page and i found out that sometimes the category box is not loading the categories. Are there user here experiencing this? What would be the fix for this? thanks
