Arfooo Directory 1.0.4 release

Arfooo Directory is available in version 1.0.4

Please follow the instructions found in the file documentation/update/

This version fixes a bug important and allows greater compatibility with the hosts:

1) Fix a bug in the database and the tables _visits with a PRIMARY key which should not be and which leads to a crash of the directory.
2) Amendments to 3 files for better compatibility with all the hosts.
