problems installing

Hello.
I am trying to install this great script and check it out but when i try i get the following error
(xxxx has been used for security purposes)

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Unknown MySQL server host 'http' (1) in /home/xxxx/public_html/xxxx/install/dbfunctions.php on line 25
could not connect to mysql

This is what you have posted as requirements

* PHP 5.1 and above
* MySQL 4.1 and above
* SPL (Standard PHP Librairy)

This is currently what i have and find that i should meet the requirements?

* Operating system Linux
* MySQL version 5.0.45
* PHP version 5.2.6

i dont understand exactly what SPL is and not sure if thats causing this error?

This is not the SPL causing the problem.

The error indicates that the script fails to connect to your database.
You must indicate bad login / pass ... for your database

He says that your server is unknown
You have already installed scripts on this server?

Yes i have. ive installed 4images aswell as phpbb2 so i know its possible however ive installed those scripts using fantastico deluxe. The few scripts i have installed by hand have not been an issue yours is the first major (big script) ive installed by hand =stabs mysql=

What is certain is that you specify a disservice to your host server mysql.
So you make a mistake a few shares.

It is up to you what are your login and pass for your server mysql.
On this side there, I can not do anything.
