Dictionaries as SQL or CSV

Hello,

Do any one know where to download dictionaries English->English, French->French and Spanish->Spanish which in the form of SQL dumps or CSV. I plan, to use them as keywords values for the directory?

I don't need words lists, I need a dictionary, which regards the word and its definition or explanation.

However, Inserting this data into the database will be the most easier part, the most vital and important part is changing the way in-which selecting keywords is carried out. It is not possible to generate a web page with select menu having more than 50,000 option, so we should develop a mechanism looks like shopping cart to collect keywords
