error after installation

The install went fine but once I was redirected to the administrator log-in I got this error:

Hi and welcome,
fonction mkdir() is needed to create folders on the server.
Otherwise we must create them manually:

compiled/admin
compiled/admin/arfooo_template
compiled/admin/arfooo_template/en

compiled/arfooo_template
compiled/arfooo_template/en

compiled/moderation
compiled/moderation/arfooo_template
compiled/moderation/arfooo_template/en
