I personally find Arfooo Directory script very interesting. Kudos to the inventor for sharing this wonderful script. Keep up the good work.

For newer version I would suggest that you incorporate this additions:-
i) Allow unlimited keyword description with auto insertion during linking process.
ii) Allow deep linking into other pages besides the home page.
iii)Allow notification list of new link addition to the home page(of website not web directory). This will help to promote further interest to link to Web Directory 'cos of better exposure to new link partners.

If above additions are incorporated.....I'd say Arfooo with be one of the best directory script available.
