Classified ads for Arfoo submitted websites

As a suggestion, besides TinyMCE at the newsletter form, i was thinking of this feature :

Somebody that submits a car site, or phone sales (for example) to be able to write an announcement like :"We sell the cheapest cars in the world. Try www.abcfweerfdb.com and you won't be sorry" and to be able to choose an article category where to post the article and that same article to be displayed both on that category's page and on the submitted website's page too. The article would have metadescription and keywords just like the websites submitted have. They would pe posted by those who submit the website.
It would mean that article categories should be made from the admin and changes to the site page and other. Yet, this would raise the Arfooo quality very much as people will find it very useful, besides its function for web directory.
Also, on the Homepage, spaces for random or elected by admin announcements should be available to be more obvious for visitors.
