Can I place Privileged Ads With Different Colour Background?

Hi

I want to set my site up so people can either submit a normal link for free with recipricol, Charge for a standard fee without recipricol and then a privileged ad which will place their ads at the top of that category above standard listings but have the privileged ads with a different colour background.

Does anybody know how to change the background colour for privileged ads only please?
