How to add a forum

I would like to add a forum page(s) to the directory - like you have here. What are the steps to do this?

I asked this a couple weeks ago but no answer. Does anyone know how to create a forum within the directory program - such as this forum is listed on the front page of the directory and functions as part of the directory.
