Newbie needs help !!!

Im installing your great script and have hit a bump ...got as far as admin login then got this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in /home/xxooxx/public_html/xxooxx/components/HttpClient.php on line 15

what have i done wrong or not done ....what can i do to fix.....step by step please as this is all new 2 me..Cheers

Your server have not curl library php.
This library is needed to run the script.
