url not mandatory?

As you would for the URL that is not a mandatory? because I want to make a kind of digital guide.
Data would:
- Name name (optional)
- Website (optional)
- Company name (required)
- Description (required)
- Telephone (optional)
- Email (required)

Any suggestions and sorry I speak Spanish

in the admin panel, there is an option ( tick) for url not mandatory.
