How can I add the name of the website (title) underneath the thumbnail in the seciton called "Websites listed in the directory" on the homepage.

I guess the page title code needs to be added to one of the templates, but not sure where or what file. Can anyone assist please?

It is in your template folder /site/randomlist.tpl
You must then delete files in compiled and cache folder on your server (except .htaccess)
