Can't access admin

I have installed arf on first attempt with no problems. Very easy, no errors or warnings.

When I go to admin I cant login.

If I create a user account, I can login as the user and submit my website.

My site is running on php 5.26, php running as cgi.

By the way, your error message for duplicate email address during user registration says "email busy". You should say "email address already registered"

I deleted my php.ini file and now it works.
