error on upgrade from 8 to 9

error on upgrade from 8 to 9

I'm getting this error after I did the upgrade Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/searchtu/public_html/XXXAFFILIATESNET/compiled/arfooo_template/en/c_1_menu_menuright_menuright_tpl.php on line 70

I am having the same parse error -

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in ........index.php on line 15

Would like to know from you or anyone how to resolved it
