Hello,
I would like to upgrade from 1.0.6 to 1.09 and I don't know how?! I would like to keep the previous websites listed data and configs such as Google API and ThumbShots, etc. In other way, does it possible to keep the current database.
The installation wizard failed to connect to the databse. Is there any upgrade wizard?!

When you download the last version of the script you will find in the folder documentation/en/update all the instructions you need. In your case, you will have to follow the instructions in "update 106 to 107.txt", "update 107 to 108.txt" and "update 108 to 109.txt".
