Arfoo As Strategy For SEO's

I plan to use Arfoo to gain local SEO customers.

I will (snail)mail out postcards to local businesses inviting them to submit their business listing to my local biz listing site. On the site I will display adverts for my SEO service. I will also allow the businesses to opt in to my newsletter as well as to my occasional emails.

I will also charge a premium for top listings.

Also, as I will have their postal mailing address I will be able to focus any future postal mailings to a highly filtered list.

What do you think? What strategy have you come up with for using a biz directory?
