Category Import for Arfooo

Anybody know how best to import categories and sub categories easily from a CSV ? I have lots in a spreadsheet and don't want to spend hours adding manualy. I tried via MySQLAdmin and got categories in but struggling with the CATEGORY PARENT table, as I get the categories but they don't show the hirerachy properly.

PS This forum is full of spam - does the mederatotr actually do anything ?It's a shanme because arfooo is really a great script, but needs a good english speaking forum (is there another one I've missed ?).
