Problem with Categories

Everytime I create a category successfully another blank one will be created.

Wow that oddd. Do you have access to your database? such as via phpmyadmin or something. you could just edit the table manually

Sure I do but it's a hassle if I have to do this all the time
By the end of the week I will have 200 blank categories lol.
