Privilege submission

Im confused by the whole "free" and "Privilege submission" in the arfooo directory script. What exactly are the benefits that a paid submission will get? Why should a web master pay me? what does he get over and above the free submission?

Is up to you to create the difference between them, there is no default in Arfooo, for instance a free submission may list in only one category and a paid submission may list in several with more than one URL, again it is up to you to create this and promote the advantages of the paid one.
