This can be many different things,
but to identify the error you must inform us other users on the type of server software you use.

Before You start the installation:

In PHP Settings you should activate: Short open tag
In PHP Extensions you should activate: php_curl

But there is a lot of other things you can try.

check the install readme or just disable url rewriting if you prefer (i do not recommend)

I think you must suppress the install folder (or change the name) after installation is complete

Configuration of Wamp Sever before installation of Arfooo:
Click on the Wamp icon and correct as follows:

In PHP Settings activate: (Short open tag)
In PHP Extensions activate: (php_curl)

1) Apache - > Apache Modules - > rewrite_module located at the bottom should be activated, if not already.

2) PHP - > php.ini - > Find the line with: ;extension=php_curl.dll
and remove “;” in the front of extension=php_curl.dll (if not already).

3) MySQL - > my.ini - > Find the line with : default-storage-engine=INNODB (if you have this line)
and replace the line with: default-storage-engine=MYISAM

4) Restart All Wamp Services.

.htaccess already contains the basic functions and does not need additional programming.
