Submit problem in internet explorer

Hello Arfooo Team,
after installing Arfooo Directory on our server we figured out that submitting a new website on the front page is not possible in internet explorer. After selecting the right category and filling out general information on submit-website-2-free.html and clicking on "send website" nothing happens.
In Mozilla Firefox everything works fine. So nobody can submit his website at the moment if using internet explorer. Do you have any possible solution for this problem?

Very Curious, which version of IE do you use, have you set cookies and javascript (or clicket your website be reliable)?

I'm using explorer version 6.0 . But two partners also could not submit their site. Javascript and Cookie options are set correctly. I saw that it starts showing an error message in the explorer status bar after doing the first selection, that is "category".

The error message says:
Line: 102
Character: 8
Error: Systemerror - 1072896658
Code:0
URL: sumit-website-2-free.html

After a research for that error i found that it must be something to do with the utf-8 encoding.
