Submit sites problem

I saw that a user from here had some kind of this problem but mine is different. I can`t add any website. For now the website is on localhost (XAMPP). On IE i get an error "Syntax error" in ajax.js line 273. I didn`t have time to change a bit in the template/script or anything so is fresh as new. Please help me with this problem. On firefox i didn`t get any error but i can`t submit any website. Thanks
