No Step 3 during install

First I want to say hello and I am excited about finding Arfooo, now if I can get it installed I will be even happier.

I know php pretty well and have installed many scripts, everything on the step 2 screnn is good except for mod_rewrite is Present: NO

I click Continue and get a blank screen. I made sure all the correct folders and files were chmod 777 and made sure my files were uploaded clean.

Any idea why i am getting a blank screen?
