Site iframe injection - vulnerability of system ?

I use arfooo on one of my subdomains. I recently found out that i was infected by an iframe virus. Although i cleaned it several times, it still comes back. What should i do ? This is exactly the problem i have i have the same problem as this guy. What is the way to escape from that virus ? It comes back again, and again and again...

I am managing a forum that was infected the same way. The hacker managed to enter via the control panel and installed a malicious code in all the index files in all the folders of the server and they kept coming every day.
All I did was to change the cpanel password and install brute force protection on the server. If you are on a shared hosting, their support team should install it for you. The hackers have a software that can generate passwords until they can find the right one to access your cpanel and what Brute Force does is to block access to an IP after a certain number of failed login attempts. Since I have this feature on the server, I receive over 10 hack attempt notifications a day.
