Install problems

Hello, I'm new here, just installed arfoo directory, and many things are not working, like users, templates, plugins system, cant delete category...I have only a blank page...pls help !!!

You can start the admin panel ?
Check the .htaccess!

OLD
#RewriteBase /
New:
RewriteBase /directory ( script arfooo )
