How to pass an arbitrary parameter so as not to get 404

Hi

I would like to pass some parameters of mine to my arfooo site, and have a 200 OK server response.
The problem is that if I type http://www.leader.co.hu/?myparameter=1 then the server gives a 404 Not found response, but I would like to have the index.php loaded with 200 OK response code and the corresponding content of the index page for this URL too.
What and where should I set in order to achieve this?
