For some reason my username and password wouldn't work.
I entered my email for a new password generation and I am not getting this either.
Is their some place I can find it in any of the files.
Any help is appreciated.
Update: I have recovered access but I would still be curious to know another solution if anyone knows.

it is possible you didn't use the proper url to go to your website
look at the answer topic607.html
or you type your ids with upper or lower keys
