"Submit Website" stuck on "Loading"

Hey all,

I love Arfooo, it is certainly a good tool for SEO!

However I have one BIG problem at the moment I can't seem to fix.

When a user clicks on "Submit Website" the loading bar comes up, but then nothing happens. I wait several minutes, and still nothing. I just looks like it is stuck on loading.

I have checked all the databases, deleted the cache, recreated the URLs etc, but still nothing. To make matters more confusing, we are still getting very occasional website submissions, so it is working for some lucky people.

My directory is http://www.whoisthegreatest.com.au

Any help would be most appreciated.

EDIT: After playing around with it, it seems that if you navigate straight to "submit website" that is when you get locked on the "loading" loop. If you navigate away from that page, and then back, the directory lists categories straight away.
