Revamping website

I am desperately seeking help here. I am revamping my site. I am not at all satisfied with its ranking. I am disheartened and dejected. It only has a few backlinks and there is just one keyword in the page title. The content is not up to the mark. I’m afraid once I revamp my website, things would worsen for me. Can any of you take a look at my website and give me your opinion about it? I need to know about the changes that I need to make. Please spare your precious time for me. Thanks in advance.
