Website indexing issue

I am seeking out help here. My site was in the 4th position in Google. It has more than 20 pages. However, Google showed just one of my pages. Social bookmarking and backlinking did not really help me. My colleague asked me to optimize it again. I did that at his behest. Upon doing that, I found out that the only link that was indexed has vanished from the search results. Google needs to re-index it so that it appears again in search results. However, Google hasn’t done it. It has been more than a month. What do I do?

The best thing I would suggest you is to ping the site and the URLs of different submissions you did earlier. This would make your site reappear in search results. Make some more links by doing submissions.
