Search bug in extrafields

Hi,

Where I can edit search method, which is used to find keyword in extrafieldvalues table? Because now in 2.02 version it prints only exact match as it should also prints matchs using MySQL LIKE method. This is important issue, because there is so much data in extrafieldsvalues table and it cannot be used in search.

It's also impossible to search some extrafield value in all categories at same time, even the same fieldID is used in every category.

Have you any ideas to solve this, please?
