How do I add Country to the WHERE search on the main page?

you can add it as in the box of country option which has given on the main page so you can use it ..
and it will show you your country ...

I have the same problem - I simply can not find where the user (and the directory owner) can associate a link in the directory to LOCATION such as country or city

Could you explain that more clear please?
I simply can not see such option in the admin area nor in the user "submit site" form !
