Email templates ...

Hello all,

On the admin - settings - E-mails - Manage E-mails

When i change or creat a new email there are several buttons to insert the website URL - Website name, etc..

This options dont show up when someone receive an email. Something like this:
--------------------------------------------------
A user want contact you

His message : gfhfggffgdg

His email xxxxx@xxxx.com

Thank you, [name of directory] <--- There should appear the Directory name, yes?

Any ideas please ?
