Simplifying the submissions page

I am looking to get rid of a couple of sections from the Submit a Website page. I want to get rid of the suggest category and backlink section.

The page I feel is currently too long and it is not performing well because of this - it is putting people off joining.

Can anyone tell me which files I need to edit to remove these sections?

the submission page is built up here:
"submitWebsite.tpl"

but most of the requested fields can be turned off in the admin panel, so you don't have to delete them in the template
