Cant log into my directory

I am not able to log into my admin area. This issue came up a few months ago and I have not had any luck getting in. I have upgraded to the newest version of Arfooo and still I can not get into my admin area. This has stalled all work on my directory so I really need to find a way in. I hope you can help!!

You have an error for go in your admin page or just your loggin is like wrong ?
