Google Maps and actual pinpoint location

Hi,

Is it possible (well stupid question really because I've seen it in action on scoot and english directory website) a way to drag the pointer to the exact location of a listed address.

In scoot as I say you add your address then if it's not accurate to the pinpoint it suggests to you to drag the marker to the actual pinpoint place of your business or listing address point. Ingenious really.

I'll include the page view source if anyone can work with it. Just let me know.
