Google Loves Localized Categories

Use localized category names if your directory is localized by nature -Google will reward you for it.

If your directory is about "My Town", for example, then in the category list use something like "MyTown Businesses > My Town Restaurants > Pizza Restaurants in My Town". I did my site like this and Google has listed it with some of the top places in my area.
