Edit text from homepage

I'm new here. This is my first post so please help me.

I'm wondering how can I edit the "Title description 1 for a better ranking in search engines if you want" text box from the homepage.

I use complete shablons to update my page. But now I can`t update texts in web page. The writing window is passive, I can`t click in it and write text and the buttons like "Done" are passive.
