Did you create a file htacess to rewrite the urls of linker 2.0.4?
I saw that the script is really old whit many duplicat content...

Definitely linker is a very old script , and precisely I think many people who have used this script are looking for change by another script more modern (like Arfooo Directory) , I believe that this migration will allow many people to switch to a better system.
