How to change header

I've installed Arfooo Directory ver1.0.9 I find the script very promising and I really like it. My question is "Is there any way to change the Arfoo Header to my website header? I'm new and have little programming knowledge about php. Any help is very much appreciated.

I've installed Arfoo at my website: www.agayomato.com/free-acne-info-links2/
I need help from anyone who can tell me how to change the header so that it match my website. Is there anyone who can help? I'm not good in php. If I can't get any help then I've to change my web-directory script.
