Problem with search in Cyrillic

One question is it possible to find site or company in search field when you type it in Cyrillic. It find everything in Latin but my target group are company which name are in Cyrillic.

Hi,

You search in description, title or url fields ?
Because search engine don't serach in others fields like, adress, tel, fax...
