Instalation Error

When I try to to install showing error in step 3 like:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../../config/db.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/srnsaver/public_html/software/step3.php on line 7

i think your upload failed or you just did something wrong when you sent the files from your computer to the host (ftp), try deleting everything and upload again

it should be showing:
/home/srnsaver/public_html/software/install/step3.php

Welcome to the forum Mohb,
It looks like you are missing the db.php file in the config folder. Make sure it has been transfered and that you have setup the right CHMOD permissions for this file and the folders as described during the first step of your installation. All fields results should be written in green. Red means your server is not compatible or you need to change file/folder permissions.

Yes Ping is right. The file you are using should be located in the install folder so there is a problem with the virtual path displayed in your error message.
